Who Am I?
By
Jenna Fransen (Danielle’s cousin)
A
little girl came into our lives not long ago,
We
wanted her like a cool glass of lemonade on a hot summer day.We wished for her on every night time’s star,
Yet, at moments, she felt so far.
Things
happen in which we cannot control,
However,
all bad comes with good.Like how rain makes flowers grow,
All frowns come with a smile,
Wishing . . .
Hoping
. . .
Dreaming
. . .
Every
waking moment I’d imagine,
Her
petite little smile,Sweeter than chocolate chip ice cream pie.
But the day finally came when she arrived.
For her mother,
No other option,
Except for adoption,
So
. . .
We
got to keep her forever!
Just the Same

Sometimes—God
sends rain
Straight from the sky
To nourish the young flower
And it grows.
Sometimes—God sends rain from the sky
To the mountaintops,
Then over hills and through valleys
Until it reaches the flower
And it grows, just the same.
Sometimes—
God sends a child
Straight from His realm
Into a mother’s arms
And love grows.
Sometimes—God sends a child
From heaven to another’s arms,
Then over hills and through valleys
Until he reaches the arms of his mother
And love grows, just the same.
Straight from the sky
To nourish the young flower
And it grows.
Sometimes—God sends rain from the sky
To the mountaintops,
Then over hills and through valleys
Until it reaches the flower
And it grows, just the same.
Sometimes—
God sends a child
Straight from His realm
Into a mother’s arms
And love grows.
Sometimes—God sends a child
From heaven to another’s arms,
Then over hills and through valleys
Until he reaches the arms of his mother
And love grows, just the same.
